Dear Art,

I wanted to take a minute and let you know how pleased we are with the work your crew did for us. The permalaterol lining has been in place now for several months and is working perfectly.

As you know, our sewer line was original to our house, made of terra cotta pipe, and was 13 feet underground. Roots were creeping in and "back ups" were becoming more and more frequent. Last Fall I called a local plumbing company three times in two months to flush out and clean our line. I knew the line had to be repaired, so I requested an estimate from the company that we had been working with. Because the pipe was so deep, and partially ran under Simpson St. in downtown Mechanicsburg, the job was not easy. The estimate was well over $10,000. My husband and I were in shock.

We did some research on the internet and found that Associated Products was one of the few companies in PA that had the technology to do the permaline work. Am I ever thankful! Not only was the work top notch, it was about half the cost of digging up and replacing the pipe.

This would be enough for me to be thoroughly happy with the work that was done for us, but it all takes a backseat to the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the entire Associated Products staff. I anticipated the company would send the best they had to estimate and acquire the job, so your hard work was expected. I wasn't expecting the crew (Barry, Eric, and Brad) to be so friendly, focused, and hard-working. As a stay-at-home Mom, I interact with numerous service people, and have never had anyone or any team, come even close to the professionalism your crew showed. I thanked the crew often for the work they were doing, and my thanks was always returned with a "Thank you for the work." Very, very impressive. Without reservation, I would highly recommend the permaline, and the Associated Products crew to anyone!
